I haven't had any red bleeding or any clots. i'm just so confused. I'd call my midwife but her office wasn't open today so i have to wait until monday. any advice answers anything would be helpful.

My mother called that spotting. She said she did it through out her pregnancy but I never did and every woman is different. I would say if you start feeling craps or severe discomfort you should find a doctor/hospital to go to now.

GO TO ER. Dont wait or you will regret!

Last august i had miscarriage at week 11 1/2 . At that time i had blood spotting i go to doctor she said just take a rest, take it easy. All night long no blood spotting but when i wake up in the morning i feel cramp, and i find a blood cloth, after that start heavy bleeding and feel pain because of cramping. I go to ER doctor said i need to had d/c because bleeding to much he cant save the baby. Most miscarriages occur during the first trimester. Signs of a potential miscarriage are: Bleeding (with or without pain). Bleeding is the symptom most commonly experienced, such as mild spotting, persistent bleeding Heavy Bleeding, or Passage of Large Clots

Other warning signs may be: Cramps (menstrual-like), Aching of the Lower Back ,Passage of Tissue SAVE any tissue that is expelled-it should be examined to determine whether the miscarriage was complete or partial (see below).]

Note: Blood will be red to brown in color. If a clear fluid is discharged, this could indicate rupture of the amniotic sac membranes ("water has broken"). Call a doctor promptly.]

However, there are plenty of women who have bleeding during early pregnancy who do not end up having a miscarriage.

its different between miscarriage and implantation bleeding. here artcle about implantation bleeding :

Implantation bleeding, spotting, can happen at the time the fertilized egg implants in the uterus, on average between 6 to 12 days past ovulation. It is is vaginal discharge which usually contains a small amount of pinkish or brownish blood. Only about 1 in 3 pregnant women experience implantation bleeding.

Approximately one third of all pregnant women report bleeding that is associated with implantation. The presence of implantation bleeding does not increase the overall risk of miscarriage, however. Most pregnancies will continue until term without further bleeding.

Report any abnormal vaginal bleeding during pregnancy to your doctor. Be prepared to give information about the amount of blood lost and a description of how you are feeling overall.

The cells that eventually form the placenta are called trophoblasts. Specialized trophoblasts, the syncitiotroblast, are responsible for developing an interface with the maternal circulatory system to provide nutrients and allow gas (oxygen and carbon dioxide) exchange to occur.

Sometimes, while this interface is developed, some of the maternal blood is lost. This implantation bleeding is typically short in duration and quite light. Implantation bleeding is one of the early signs of pregnancy. "

    and here about miscarriage:

    Miscarriage Signs and Symptoms

PREGNANCY WITHIN THE FIRST FEW WEEKS OF GESTATION:

Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #1 - A positive pregnancy test that turns negative.

Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #2- Late menstrual cycle.

Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #3- A heavier or longer lasting menstruation.

You never know. Some spotting can be normal, but do you really want to wait until Monday? If this baby means a lot to you, I wouldn't risk it. Head over to your ER and at least get checked out. Better safe than sorry.

It may be a miscarriage, or may be not. If you call your midwife's office there will be a number to call outside office hours. I would encourage you to call and speak to someone who knows how to advise you.

    Good Luck.

If your that concerned and having a miscarriage is something you don't ask about on line you might want to go to the hospital if your midwife is unavailable. This is something you don't want to tempt fate with.

Cant you leave a message for a call back? there should always be an emergency contact especially when you are pregnant. But, you definitely need to talk to a doc about this.
