Thank you for your question.
I assume you are referring to the two rebellions led by Louis Riel.
The first was the Red River Rebellion which occurred in Manitoba in 1869. The second was the Northwest Rebellion in 1885. This second event resulted in a Canadian victory and Riel being hung.
