Having problems installing messenger. Keep getting the following error message?
You do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administrators account.
I still get this message even when logged in on the default admin account. Any help would be great. Thanks.

you have many people logged in to the same computer? try doing it from the primary account holders side/ listing, if that dont work check your account info listings from page one, line one, somewhere something is locking your access out.

uninstall it check your program file in my computer it may have it still in there take it and try to reinstall
