What is the name of this Afrocentric House music song?

This is a tough one because there are no English lyrics, just a man with a smooth voice chanting:

Ahmmm sooma loomah sooma sumbahdah

Ahmmm sooma loomah loomah sumbahdah

It was popular in clubs roughly between '94 and '96 and was often mixed with another song towards the end where a guy chants:

Hey bop-a-doo...

In the case that no one has a clue what this song is I will give the points to someone who lists an excellent house music website where I might be able to find it.
