Because it is stabilized. It won't grow until the bad seed, evil people put around it's trunk can be washed away. It takes "farmers" to stabilize a trees roots, and flush out the evil seed. Then the tree can recover. Blatant truth. Can you understand it?

Weak, and no way near factual to be funny. Sap doesn't make trees grow. It would be, however, one more tree than Algore has planted in his lifetime.

Cause all that electricity that it takes to power Al Gores houses is causing an overload in the power plant in which increases CO2 output and the global warming spewing from Al Gores home is personally attacking that sapling.
Makes no sense huh? Neither does the global warming on over half the other planets in our solar system.
