Is the Science and Math best place to hide the fact you are getting someone else to do your homework?

Its not the best way. The best way is getting someone who is really smart to do your homework.

-Everyone needs a little help sometimes and answers in this area are usually too short to really do more than point someone in the right direction.

In school, teachers teach. This is no different. This is an opportunity for people (kids, adults) to learn how to do something.

I guess it comes down to the character of the person. Bottom line is in today's age, finding answers is as easy as clicking the right link - but that doesn't mean that all people are going to wind up never learning.

Some do use it to cheat. you are correct in saying that but is it wrong to ask the question and give the answer you got cheating or checking your work?

No. They're not hiding it from anybody.
