Does anyone eat sushi?

I love sushi very much and my favorite ingredients are crabmeat and shrimp. One of the sushi chefs fried the crab first it was a soft shelled crab that is available just a certain time of year...well he did wonders with it in a sushi roll....I will always remember the crunch it had and all the other ingredients was a wonderful compliment. One other ingredients I enjoyed was a dark sauce called eel sauce that was drizzled over a roll..the roll was coated in toasted sesame seeds first...ask your sushi chef his or her recommendations....and you can't go wrong...if you trust them you will taste some wonderful flavors...

I found a sushi kit at a local book store half price after Christmas! Crab meat or shrimp sushi is wonderful.... or cucumber and cream cheese sushi is very refreshing... I have even had fruit sushi... pineapple and cherry with sourcream, sugar, and cream cheese filling. Yummy!

tuna sushi is really good and prawn sushi as well.

sushi comes in two forms:

1. nigiri sushi - the fish lies on top of teh rice

2. sushi rolls - wrapped with a nori or the seaweed and sliced in 5 pieces.

i love sushi rolls.

I dont like eating anything raw but i eat sushi its pretty good im new at eating sushi 2 which sounds wierd to say but i love california roll sushi its really good!

Yes. It's very good. You just have to be open minded. I go every Friday night to the Sushi Bar. Start with Rolls and ease on to sashimi (the raw fish).

California rolls. They are very good. I usually just pick up a box of sushi at the local Dominicks. They apparently make them fresh.

I love chopped scallop and tobiko with a little spicy sauce, tempura yam roll well my favorite tempura roll is tempura asparagus and cream cheese, california rolls, spicy tuna rolls. And if you are looking at appetizers try agadashi tofu (it's fried and delicious even if you aren't a fan of tofu), sunomono salad, and gomy (it's sauteed spinach in a sesame sauce but it tastes almost like penut butter, which sounds weird but is soo delicous)

The crunch roll is nice and so is tuna. I dont eat sushi that much but i can eat it if i have to.

Yellowfin tuna. Salmon is delicious. Yellowtail. A variety of rolls. The more you sample and try different things here and there, the more you will start to like it.

I like the eel ones - surprised myself by that. I like the kind that's rolled in caviar. I like the basic California rolls too because it's all veggies and I know I am not going to drop dead from salmonella or hepatitus - raw fish.
