I'm going with Cincinnati. Terrible every year (although this year just deplorable), they still somehow manage to get into the top 25. Gonzaga is extremely overrated. A couple of good years and they were making the top 10-15 after a week this season. They only have 1 or 2 decent players a year with the exception of Morrison.
I don't understand how someone could answer Kentucky? Still the most wins and tournament wins of all-time. Strange.

To Ryan:
"A founding member of the Southeastern Conference, Florida finished first in the 2003 SEC All-Sports Trophy competition for the 12th consecutive season. For an unprecedented seventh time, Florida swept the SEC all-sport trophy titles (men's, women's and overall).
A national title by the women's tennis team highlighted the Gators' 11 top-10 team finishes in 2002-03. UF finished seventh in the 2002-03 NACDA Directors' Cup competition. Only Florida and UCLA have ranked among the nation's 10 best athletic programs in each of the last 20 years, according to national all-sports rankings (USA Today, Sears Directors' Cup and NACDA Directors' Cup).
In 2002-03, UF placed a record 193 student athletes on the SEC Academic Honor Roll. The 2002-03 season marked the sixth consecutive year UF placed 100 or more student athletes on the SEC Honor Roll."
Add that to the "common knowledge stuff" -- NFL players, 2006 football champs, 1996 football champs, 2006 men's basketball champs, olympic athletes/champs in swimming, played in the champ game for the college world series in baseball a couple of years ago, women's softball championship, etc....
You're right. Florida does absolutely nothing and the school as a whole is totally overrated.
Overrated? Try Michigan. Or Ohio State for that matter. No only in sports, but academics. Check out your lovely graduation rates on ESPN recently. Embarassing. Really.
Go Gators.

First off how are you going to say that a football school (ohio state) is overated, anything they do in basketball is good since they are a through and through football school. As for being overated I am going to say that its Florida, hands down. Within the last 10 years what have they done other than underachieve. They have one of the biggest universities in the nation yet they still cant do anything with any consistency in basketball OR football. They have won a combined 4 national titles in both football and basketball (2 coming within the past year) they have a huge campus and a very large student population yet they can never get athletes, and they can never do anything good and sustain for any time longer than a year or two.

John wood of UCLA(coached from 1964-1975). I mean come on, in the process the time he replaced right into a coach he gained the championships 7 situations in a row.entire he's gained 10 it is the main all-time. the outstanding element approximately him is that out of the 11 seasons he's coached he went to the purely suited 4 all 11 time and gained it 10 out of 11 situations. I mean, little question Dean Smith is dazzling. yet once you evaluate Smith to wood, Smith feels like a center college coach.

i cant say any over rated schools, but kentucky holds the record for the most wins of any program, most tournament wins, most tournament victories, most conference championships and hasn't lost in the first round of the ncaa tournament in the last 16 appearances. i will give ucla thier credit they are a phenominal program, but nobody does it quite as consistantly as the big blue nation. what other school has more conference championships than every other school in it's conference combined?
