My club is going to provide guests with wireless Internet, what legal ramifications are there to this idea?

We are worried about the ip addy being used once the guest has left the club or if they use it for illegal activities.

There are no federal laws prohibiting any one from supplying wireless Internet access so there are no websites I can refer. Many businesses offer this to their customers like hotels, restaurants and apartment complexes. Now there may be local laws in your area restricting such practices. If you know of any business offering wireless services in your city, I suggest contacting them and ask them for this type of information. Otherwise you should be just fine offering the service to your guests.
