Has anyone eaten Turducin? Don't know what it is? This is Turkey, Duck and Chicken all in one. No bones!?

The bones of each meat Turkey, Duck and Chicken have been removed and Stuffing (or some call it dressing) is pit in between. Cooks for about four hours.

It's very yummy!! It's also very rich but then so is a lot of Cajun food. The name comes from the various parts of the words: Turkey, Duck, and Chicken so it's "Turducken"

Here is a Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turducken

You can often find them all put together in stores around Christmas and Thanksgiving in areas with strong Cajun influence. You might try calling your local supermarkets to see if they will order one for you if they don't normally stock it. Except for vegetarians, everyone should try it at least once!
