I just got a new job, and they do random drug testing. I haven't done anything for like 2 months..Am I safe??

Pot is a cannabinoid. If you had been a heavy and chronic user, there is a possibility that you are not completely safe. If you were just a mild user then the level in your body could not be so high and 2 months would be safe enough. There are many variation of results according to studies that is why I am saying you could either be safe or maybe not. Some mild users had negative urine test less than a month after stopping. If you want to be completely safe, which you should be if it has been two months, then go to a smoke shop and get a detox drink. Don't tell the clerk that it is for you to be clean for a drug test because then they cant sell it to you, just say you want to detox your body of all chemicals. It works. Just follow the directions and you'll be fine. I smoked a few years ago not anymore, but I had a drug test and I smoked the night before and I took the drink and drank like 2 gallons of water and I passed. So you Will be fine.

alcohol absorbs into the blood stream and approx. .01 goes through your body and digests each hour depending strongly on your body weight. If you haven't drank any alcohol in at least 72 hours you will be okay. Pot goes through your system in about 30 days. If you don't feel safe about taking the test there are ways to clear your system. there are drinks and pills for stuff like that. you should be safe. if it is a hair follicle test you are screwed but unless it is a really really high important job most companies dont do that because it is so expensive.

Suggest you quit the pot permanently.

If it is a urine test, you may have a good chance. Drink plenty of water everyday to flush your system. Two days before the test drink a 1/2 cup of vinegar, then flush it down with 8 fluid ounces of water. Repeat again on the day before the test. Continue flushing your system everyday with water or any other fluid (stay away from diet drinks and caffenated drinks).

I think you are safe. When I taught skiing, the kids used to wait a week in order to pass their drug test.

Just hope they don't use hair test gives your complete history, depending on the length of your hair and length they cut. Its drugs the test picks up. You never paid attention in school about drugs, and news about drug users?

I think if you don't have much body fat, you will be okay, or it may detect such a low amount it doesn't matter. Just drink alot of water and fluids till then.

2 months is more than safe... oh and write your congressman about unconstitutional drug policies
