I'm 17 and 98 lbs and I got there bcause i followed these easy guidelines that are very healthy for you.

First and Best Way: Excersize!!!!!!!!!!! You need to excersize atleast 1 hour a day and I would say Running/Jogging is the best way to go about it. But personally, I hate that so I do jumping jacks, skip rope, rollerskate, and run up-and-down my stairs. Any type of rigorous, systematic movement can be considered excersize

Second Way: Reduce your intake of highly saturated fats! Stop eating those artery-clogging french fries, chicken wings, etc. It's okay to eat them once a week but don't pig out on them. If you normally order a Large Fries, then order Medium one next time.

Third Way: Reduce your intake of Meat Products. That way, you save animals and help benefit your health. It's true that meat has protein and iron, but you can get iron supplements and protein from vegeterian food. I'm not saying you should have a vegeterian diet from now on (even tho I am a vegeterian); I'm just saying you should reduce your intake of meat. So if you eat meat everyday, cut it down to three days a week.

Fourth Way: Eat your fruits and vegetables. I eat three fruits and three vegetables everyday and I think that has worked for me pretty well (I'm 100 pounds ..n no I'm not anoerexic (did I spell that right?)) Anyways, urge your parents to buy more fruit and veggies and include them in your dinner. Even if you don't want to eat as many fruits and veggies as I do, you should atleast have two fruits and two veggies in your diet EACH day. There is good vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, water, and other stuff in there that helps you lose weight.

Fifth Way: Water is a natural appetite suppressant, so developing a good water drinking habit can be a long-term aid in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. Doctor F. Batmanghelidj MD, author of "Your Body's Many Cries For Water" says most times your “hunger” is your body asking for water – not food. It's also important to remember that when the body is dehydrated, fat cells get "rubbery" and cannot be easily metabolized. This means that it's harder to lose when you don't drink your water.

Sixth Way: Drink lukewarm water with two table spoons of honey daily (easy way out and fast)

Seventh Way: One-Two table spoons of vinegar (also the easy way out and fast)

Anyways, those were a few options that you can try simultaneously (which is what I recommend) or one-by-one. You take care of urself and good luck with that!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Unfortunately that will be really hard to do, but if you want to try and lose at least a pound a week you can try to cut 250 calories from your diet a day and try burn 250 calories/day as well. Doing a different cardio exercise each day (elliptical/bicycle/walking) will help by changing up the way your body burns the calories. Cutting carbs and alcohol and drinking more water works for short term. The key is to just be healthy and you will look great regardless of how much weight you lose. Good luck!

First, I am sure it is not the lbs you want to loose, but your body fat, isn't it? You want to become smaller to fit into a nice dress don't you? Therefore, don't try to loose lbs, because your weight is composes mostly of muscle, bones, blood, internal organs etc.. Body fat, which you want to get rid off, is only a very small percentage of your total weight.

To measure your body fat is complicated, however, you can always get a measuring tape, measure the dress you want to get into and keep measuring your tummy (around the bellybutton) as you change your lifestyle.

If you don't change the way you eat and exercise (that is what I mean by lifestyle) you will get ALL of your lost weight back, no matter what you do.

    A new lifestyle would mean:

NO MORE simple carbs in ANY meal (sweets, cookies, cakes, SODAS, SODAS, SODAS, donuts, pies, breads, popcorn, French fries, etc....).

Eat only complex carbs from good vegetables like: carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes....

Eat a minimum of 90 g of protein a day, and more if you feel hungry. DON'T starve yourself or the body will take revenge on you!

If you add to that 4 to 6 glasses of water/day and do some slow cardio exercise (walking, slow jogging, swimming, etc.....) you should be able to loose at least 20 to 25 lbs in a month.

You will need a nutritionist to guide you better.

    Good luck,

Nutrisystem is a great diet program. Both my parents are currently on it and it has proved to be a great success for them. My father has lost 30 pounds so far and has only been on the program for a little over a month. It is very easy. They deliver the precooked meals (which is breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert for a month) and all you have to do is cook them in the microwave and add a few servings of dairy, fruits and vegetables to you diet and you are good to go. They tell you exactly what to eat and how much of it to eat. My parents claim that the food tastes great. They also recommend that you do some daily 30 minute exercises as well. Good luck!

the only thing i can suggest is this:

eat a 1/2 grapefruit a hard boiled egg and a slice of toast for breakfast for three dys straight be sure to drink at least 5-8 glasses of water with a 1/2 of a lemon. every dy. for lunch have a salad your choose or no dressing and no meat. or if

you like tuna have a can of tuna in water. i know this tastes nasty but if you really want to lose the weight then give it a try. also you must eat an apple with the 1 can of tuna. for dinner a 3 oz piece of steak with string green beans. for snack , this is crazy but try it a cup of vanilla ice cream(not the lowfat kind either). if you get hungry go for a 2 1/2 mile walk and that should take away the hunger pains. if you have late night cravings, have a bowl of cereral. also be sure to incorporate dancing if you love to dance find some music of your taste and dance to it. that my dear, will definetly help burn some calories. and if you can find a indoor swimming pool swim some laps or do some water aerobics. that is if you like the water. and last but not least try this for at least 3 wks and hopefully you should start seeing some resulst by the end of week two. if you can pull it off walk everyday and be sure to drink iced cold water with a lemon in it. be sure to squeeze the lemon juice into the water and drop the lemon piece in.

i really do hope this works for you and good luck! results will only be visible if you truly want to make some sacrificies. i know i did this diet and excercise for a month and i lost close to thirty pounds... all in time to fit in my dress for my sisters' wedding.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 17 inches in 9 days and then 28 pounds in about a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get coated with fat. To remove the extra fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks and I feel great. My skin has improved as well from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! http://diet4cleansing.com/

You may have success by doing a detox. My friend (male) lost 60lbs in less than 3 months. He was very diligent and it worked great for him. He used Isagenix (I do too)

It is a bit of $$$ but well worth it. Plus, you are spending less on groceries and meals out during the cleanse.

If you want more info, check out the website especially the videos.

    Good Luck!
