spaghetti casserole...great easy recipe and a good way to use up your leftovers, enjoy
leftover spaghetti
pepperoni (enough to cover the top of spagetti)
mozzarella cheese (enough to cover the pepperoni)
16 ounces tomatoes (with peppers and onions)
mix the tomatoes with spagetti and pour into a pan according, to the size of your spagetti.
then cover with pepperoni then cover pepperoni with cheese.
i usually make these and put them in the freezer, to be ready for family or church get togethers always take the top off of the casserole before you bake it so the cheese wont stick to the top.
350 until it is bubbling because it is already cooked.

One thing would be a sort of "chicken parmesan."
...Brown some skinless chicken breasts or tenders in a large (oven-safe) skillet
...Add your leftovers to the skillet (or add only the sauce if you've kept it separate from the pasta).
........Put a lid on the skillet and cook till the spaghetti is heated through.
...Then sprinkle mozarella and parmesan cheeses over the top of the mix, and put the whole thing in the oven (375 or so?) till the cheese melts (even till it begins to brown a bit if you like cheese that way).
If you don't have an oven-safe skillet, you can do everthing before adding the cheese in a skillet, then pour it into a casserole dish, add cheese, and put in oven.
Or you could do the everything in the skillet, then cover with a lid after adding the cheese to melt it, but the cheese might be a different texture from the moist heat than dry heat?
(Normally I'd do that recipe with a jar of spaghetti sauce --no pasta-- then serve over penne noodles cooked separately.)
You could of course, bread the chicken before browning it, but it tastes really good without doing that and would only add more calories.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU6LX
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

you can do a spaghetti omelet...
First, you pan-fry the spaghetti in a little oil (LITTLE), so it get crispy on the bottom. Using a non-stick pan is a must.
Then, you turn the pasta (easy by now, it is pretty much stuck together), and pour on it one or two eggs, beaten as omelet, salted. Pepper on top, and let set for 5 min on low heat...
if you like, you can sprinkle the top with parmesan. Yummy.

Here's a thought.... sprinkle handful of cheese (i like mozz or parm) and then reheat it but in the oven for about 5 minutes at a very low setting... comes out all nice & gooey.. cheese would be melted but the spaghetti's still firm
