check the screws on both locks if they are tight, loosen them and re- center them this will loosen them up if that doesn't solve the problem try some WD-40 if that doesn't work buy new locks.

If you loosen the screws a bit that hold the doorknob, it will be easier to turn. As for the deadbold, I'm not to sure but it may just need some lubrication. You can use dish soap if needed. Also works on sliding doors.

I'd suggest you to call some professional lock smith to exam you door. It sounds like the door is having some problem. Not the lock it self.

Need to get some graphite or shave the lead off of a common pencil and apply the powder on the moving surfaces of the door handle / parts

Humidity affects things in weird ways cuz I'm having the same problem at home. Try a little WD-40, it worked for me. Or maybe try a dehumidifier by your door for a day or two. Otherwise wait til it dries up outside.

Sounds like your door knobs need to be replaced. If you don't have anyone knowledgeable in that respect, who can take a look, then you'll have to call a locksmith.

Sometimes the wood starts to warp causing the tongue to press harder against the striker plate. You may have to either move or file the plate slightly to loosen it.

Put a couple of drops of oil in them and work back and forth. I use machine oil but others work well too like baby oil or even cooking oil.
