What's better?shampoo+conditioner or just shampoo separately and conditioner separately?

I just wonder is it the same if you use just a shampoo+conditioner bottle or it's more effective if you use them separately????

Shampoo and then conditioner works better. Many people have different styles but i think that shampoo and then conditioner works better. U have to put the shampoo in and massage it throughly. Then u wash it out. Make sure u wash it out all the way and if u have to wash it a second or third time. Then put in the conditioner and massage it. Leave it in there for about 2 mins and then rinse. Again make sure all chemicals are rinsed out ur head. Then if u want ( this step is optional ) u cud run cold water in ur head for a second or two. It will open ur pores.

Definitely separately. The shampoo-conditioner mixes tend to dry out your hair, not clean it well, etc. You should shampoo twice to get everything out and then let the conditioner do its thing for at least 5 minutes under a shower cap. You want a rich thick conditioner that will leave your hair soft and strong.

ALWAYs shampoo and conditioner separately, no matter what... shampoo plus conditioner never has enough conditioner in it. Also, when you wash your hair you generally want to use only a little bit of shampoo (because shampoo is really bad for you hair) and a lot of conditioner...

I prefer using them seperate. I end up using conditioner anyways when I use the 2-in-1's

I think seperately, because the conditioner kind of locks in the shampoo when you use them together.

separately, but to be on the safe side do this routine:

    shampoo, shampoo/conditioner, conditioner

I use them separately, and if you use an in shower conditioner, always rinse it with cooler water for the full effects.

The absolute best is the new brand called ORGANIX.

Organix has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells awesome! They have different collections for different hair types which are all amazing!

You can get Organix at Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Duane Reade, Safeway, etc.

    You'll love it!
