My daughter has been told she has an upside down uterus. Will she be able to give birth naturally?

My daughter has not used birth control for many years as it made her bleed constantly. She has had testing done and the doctors told her she would need medical intervention to have a baby because her uterus was extremely tilted. She has recently found out that her uterus is upside down. She came over two weeks ago complaining of breast pain. She thought cancer. Well, miracles do happen, she is having a baby. Has anyone else had this problem, did you need to have a c-section at birth? We're excited, but worried and scared for the baby. She is now 8 weeks along. Any advise or experiences will be appreciated.

Hate to say it but you answered this one for yourself already.
