Anyone PLEASE have a code you can dial to make international calls cheaper? Or a website???

Does anyone PLEASE know of a website or a code to make international phone calls cheaper? I am living in Germany and trying to call my husband who is in Iraq. Someone PLEASE help me!!

    AGH i live in Germany too just moved here with my husband whos in the airforce. We use www.Skype.com its for international calling hope that helps doll and im me let me where in germany your based we live in miesenbach but my hubby works in ramstein ....recap the chick below me is wrong it is WAAAAY cheaper to use skpye. its a german site but its easy to navagate i prommise

    Contact your phone company to see if they offer plans for overseas calls. I did this when my husband was on his deployment to Okinawa when I was in California. I paid something like $5.00 a month and I got reduced rates. Two thumbs up for your husband serving his country in these difficult times!
