Are the Democrats and Iran on the same side?

The Democrats want the US out of Iraq. Iran wants the US out of Iraq. Is my eneny's enemy my friend? If so, then Iraq and the Democratically controlled congress are on the same side.

Iran wants control of the area. So long as our troops are over there they cannot achieve this objective. The Democrats know that victory in Iraq also means a victory for Republicans. Although I would not accuse them of out-right wanting the US to lose, they don't want the Republicans to win so bad they are willing to pull our troops out of Iraq and thus "cut-and-run" from the situation.

You have this either backward or upside down. The Iranians thank Allah for the Republicans. Their power and influence in the middle east has been enormously enhanced by the policies of the Bush administration. The Shiites are ascendant in Iraq now (Iran is Shiite) and Iran is an actual ally of the Maliki government. Iran and Iraq were bitter enemies under Saddam. Bush pulled out of the Palestinian peace process and supported the bombing of Lebanon which has further strengthened the Iranian supported, radical Islamist Hamas and Hezbollah.

The Democrats are on their own side just as Republicans are

on their own.Iraq was a gross misjudgment in my eyes. They

should have left Iran to Iraq. What we have done is destroyed

Iraq so she is at the mercy of her neighbors without US assistance.Nobody wants an Iran with the bomb and that includes Dems as well as Republicans. Most of the people want us out of Iraq.Truth be told a reckoning with Iran is long overdue!Let me ask the Republican faith full Question.

Saddam is gone :Is Iraq better for it or worse?before you answer look at the stats.A hundred people a day were not being slain including Americans when Saddam was

in control.Food for thought don't you think?

Why do NeoCons have this obsession with controlling the world at the expense of their own country? Have you all completely lost your marbles why are you so pumped up on pounding Iran? This whole mess is for OIL and CORPORATE PROFITS...oh and to BANKRUPT THE USA. Another few months and it will be Mission Accomplished!

You are falling for the old magicians trick and looking at the wrong hand...Democrat/Republican, Conservative/Liberal...etc. are all fed to you to keep you divided so you will not notice the corporate fascist global government that is about to swallow you whole.

Wake up sheeple...your government is FUBAR and does not have your interests in mind.

Question: Who were Iran's two worst enemies?

Answer: The Taliban and Saddam Hussein.

Question: Who removed Iran's worst enemies?

    Answer: A Republican president.

Does that mean Bush (or Cheney rather) likes Iran?

Hardly, but you see how faulty logic works both ways?

it's actually an multi national divide between educated normal people and power hungry war mongers, or as they say between city folk and red necks. Every nation has rural uneducated people who fight the wars, the rest of us work as doctors and teachers, we welcome other friendly people into our communities.

In rural areas you get less exposure to foriegners, and see them as some deep dark mysterious demon. Your fear leads you to violence. We should allow the ignorant wastes of life a seperate area to kill eachother and not involve those who know better. Perhaps that's what iraq is, a seperate place where we can call all those who want some to go and do it. let it out get rid of your aggression. idk

Two U.S. soldiers and a Marine were killed in separate attacks in the volatile western Anbar province, the heartland of the Sunni Arab insurgency.

One soldier died and three were wounded when a large truck bomb exploded outside a police station in the disputed northern city of Kirkuk. Two policemen and 10 civilians were also killed.
