Yeah I feel a bit like that but mainly because I've got to work! Leave at 7am don't get home til 7pm, no time to do anything, let alone spend time with my baby or my husband. So I do get a bit down when I see people having fun and the lovely weather. Can't really offer any advice but just letting you know I feel the same.

Are there things in your life that are making you feel down, or do you just feel down for no reason? Sometimes I think I am feeling down for no reason, then I look at my life and see that there are problems I need to work on, even if I want to pretend they are not there.

You say everyone around you seems to be so happy; can you think of reasons why you are not happy? If so, maybe you could try to change those things. Maybe with the help of your friends/family, or a counsellor (your doctor could put you in touch).

Or maybe there is a medical reason for your feeling down (such as Depression). You could see your GP about this.

Taking long walks out in the sunshine might help lift your mood. It always helps me.

To me and others that I know whenever something is upsetting me no matter what the weather is I still feel not so good. Although at least with the good sunny weather I can get out and even in a store I can meet and talk with others and feel somewhat better.

Go out and enjoy the same beautiful weather. Find some friends and do something together. Read a good book.

I can't offer you advice but i do know how you feel. This time of the year hurts more than others. It takes me back to a time where for once I was happy. Just happy.

I feel the same. You see, I get used to the winter and dark evenings and I have a routine. But always this time of year when the clocks go forward one hour, I feel strange and out of my routine somewhat. It is hard to explain and yes most folk seem to be extra happy to see spring. I too like the spring and eventually I will get used to it but be assured you are not the only one feeling this way. Hope you feel better soon.

It would be advisable to have a chat with your Doctor as there maybe a physical cause or it maybe you need to have some anti-depressants.It isn't a good idea to be low , it isn't normal and can affect the fabric of your everyday life and all those around you, especially family..It is an effort but it will work, something good will come out of a visit to a Dr.It isn't trivial,it is as significant as if you had broken a leg!

I am absolutely feeling this way! I lost my child last year and feel as though the world is happily going on around me. I try to keep busy with work, friends and projects. Best of luck... try to enjoy the nice weather.

You know, for some reason I get depressed at this time every year, too. I don't know why, either. And the ironic thing is, it's supposed to be sunny and warm and I'm not feeling sunny or warm. I'm sorry I don't have any good advice for you, but my point to you is, you're not alone!

no not really but at times it makes me feel tired and bored and if your really look at the weather outside you start to think about bad stuff in you life but then i look on the bright side

-always look on the brightside-there always is one, it just may take a while to find it- and it make life a whole lot better!
