Just Right Click and then delete, it will 0nly delete the shortcut, so nothing to worry about..

If you want to delete the programme, then go to start > Control Panel > Add remove Programmes > look for the programme > Uninstall Programme > then val Lar, the programme is uninstalled and removed everywhere from the computer.

    1. Right click on your taskbar (blue bar on bottom, not the actual part that says "start").

    2. Click Properties

    3. Click the "Start Menu" tab on the window that comes up

    4. Click "Customize"

5.There should be an area called "Programs" on the window that comes up where you can customize how many recent programs you would like to show on the start menu. Just put that down to 0 and your computer will no longer show recent programs. You can drag programs onto the start menu that you would like to stay there permanently however.

    Hope this helps
