Big Fat Awsome House Party Cheat Codes and where is Bloo?

My son needs cheat codes or just codes and he can't find Bloo. Please help.

    Bloo is:

    On the third floor. Go by the staircase, and go in the room at the bottom of the screen that's in the middle with the three story bunk beds.
