someone can help me to fix my DLL?

The computer give me this message and I don't change nothing in the system... why this occured.. and someone can help me to change without go to the vendor....

System DLL user 32. dll as relocated in memory. The application will not run property. The relocation occurred because the dll C:\window\system32vhhctrl.ocx occupied on address range reserved for window system dll. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted form new DLL. and every time I turn on the computer this message appear. but I don't change anything in the computer.

some one can help me to resolve this.

    Microsoft just released a patch on Tuesday for this problem. I had the same issue after installing Microsoft's security updates. The updates conflicted with another file using the same address. Just install the patch and restart your computer.

    You will need to reset windows, backup aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall your files and then put the windows xp disk and reinstall it again,i knew a virus that erased that dll XD
