You will need to re-format in order to load another OS, this will remove everything, including your data! The drivers need to be loaded into the OS after installing, and drivers for any OS are unlikely to be compatible with another OS. Before loading the other OS try to download new drivers for all your hardware and burn them to CD.

Yes. A format erases all your data, including system files and drivers. You can either download drivers before a format and save then on a cd\dvd\pen drive or download the drivers after a format, though the first option is very highly recommended..

Nope. you could format the puzzling rigidity and depart it sparkling. in spite of the fact that, to establish which you to reset it to the producing facility defaults, you like the restoration disks. the only element i will think of of is to touch Fijutsu or whomever you get carry of the computer from and ask them to mail you the restoration disks, that would contain a value.
