What can you do to increase hunger?

Im finding that my hunger warning signals are not working....(maybe 2-3 years now) I usually dont have my first meal until late....between5-6pm...(my first warnings) and its usually only one meal a day. I know its unhealthy....I have low sugar now.

But I really dont have the urge (its like I forget that I need to eat)...and then when I do, I eat all the wrong things...my hunger goes from 0 to 10 in a few minutes, and then its too late and I will eat anything that I can get to fast....

How do I get my hurger warning signs back.....

    Hey Girl,

    I agree with the person above me!!!!! With the meal plan that the person above me suggested, plus set a time and meditate and also take a multivitamin...because you aren't eating correctly you are missing out on good vitamins and minerals. Take care of yourself darling--we need all our 'gems' in this lifetime!

    Eat breakfast.

    Have a snack

    Eat lunch.

    Have another snack

    Eat dinner.

    Force yourself, soon you'll be in a rhythm.
