Can you name two bills passed by either party that helps the common people before Corporate America?

Everyone is so proud of their party. What bills (in these past 7 years) have been passed that helped you out? Keep in mind, the bill has to be something that was passed for the greater good of the people before the hands of Corporate America.

No, and thanks for making this point. So many of these ignorant liberals and conservatives on this site just don't seem to get it. BOTH PARTIES ARE SCREWING OVER AMERICA!

Free market policies can benefit everyone of every economic station. Why do laws have to benefit one side over another? Can't some laws benefit everyone? Can't some laws just be good or right or just regardless of which people profit? Why does it have to be "common people" (that's an insulting term) against "Corporate America"?

When corporations are able to provide jobs and make goods cheaper, poor people benefit first. That means there are jobs at the bottom of the economic ladder and cheaper products for poor people. When taxes are lower, people get to keep more of their income, small businesses are more likely to stay afloat, and corporations can employ more people.

The recent Iraq spending bill with a mandatory withdrawal date attached and minimum wage increase. Your question is truly accurate and should tell America something about themselves and how we vote.

I know it hard for libs to believe this but the tax cut bill not only helps the rich but it helps the middle class & poor as well. I hate having to endorse anything that Bush has done but the tax cut was/is great for the US economy & a strong US economy is good for all Americans.
