Oh yes I agree wholeheartedly! I certainly don't take myself too seriously and I love to laugh and to have fun. I make a choice not to be miserable and to be happy as it is medicine for the soul. I am deep down no matter whatever I may accomplish in life, a goofy guy and I hope to always be that way!

I agree, but I take life very seriously, I treasure each day. But I think happier people have a reason to love longer so they usually do.

Definitely! Stress can cause some major biological problems like high blood pressure and heart palpitations. Every night, before I go to sleep, I replay my day in my head, and the last thing I do is try to remember something that made me laugh or smile. It helps me unwind and sleep better : )

    As I always say:

    Don't take life so seriously,

You're not going to get out of it alive anyway.

I think you shouldn't take life so seriously that you don't have time to laugh. Laughing is very important, and is excersize too! Lol, me and my friend say that, it's supposedly why we're so skinny even though we eat so much.
