Why isn't Yahoo keeping us group managers/moderators informed about their many technical problems of late?

Yahoo has been having a lot of technical problems with their listserv groups lately. Those of us who are group managers/moderators are not being kept informed of these problems and the progress being made to resolve them. Our subscribers are continuously frustrated in trying to deal with them. For two days now subscribers have not been able to download files posted to groups. Why? There has not been one word from Yahoo whether they even know the problem exists, and it is almost impossible to contact Yahoo to inform them that there is even a problem at all. Just a week ago Yahoo had another problem when posts to groups were being duplicated as much as over 40 times each. There has not been one word from Yahoo that they were having a problem, what the problem was, or that it had been resolved. Yahoo used to inform us group managers/moderators about these things, but as a manager/moderator, I haven't had any kind of notice from them about anything. A drastic Yahoo improvement is needed!!!
