On your 360 page? Just click on My Blog at the top...then Compose Blog Entry. Enter in a title (or leave it as the date) and away you go. When you're done you can Preview it before posting it, then post it to your Blog. At any time you can go back and edit it or delete it with the links directly below each Blog.

In the phillipeanes you can get a good blogging for five american dollers..........And to get a blog on a site you have to get the code or they might call it embed. heres an example.
