How many saints,now living,with the power to baptize in spirit?

I believe the world is being filled with these living saints.

Update:

I speak of saints who are living in unity with God. One in spirit . Christed,Come with power.

    the Holy spirit does this.......... not people.

    people can encourage or help someone receive the baptism...but the power to baptise comes from the spirit.

    You are baptized in the Holy Spirit when you get Born-Again.

    Every saint (Child of GOD) has been Baptized in the Holy Ghost (Spirit).

    Part Two is asking GOD to Fill you with the Holy Spirit.

    Getting FILLED is different from getting Saved (Baptised in the Holy Ghost).

    Anyone has the power to Baptize in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. It is recommended that it be done by a priest or deacon, but in an emergency anyone can do it
