Why can't I get a Fastpass at baggage claim at an airport?

Just got back from Walt Disney World and their Fastpass is nice. So why can't they have one for things like this?

Because your bags are no more important than the next guy... sorry about that but all the bags will come off the plane and all the bags will get put on the belt in the order they come off, it would add hours to the time on the ground if they had to sort out which bags were supposed to come off first when they landed...

Electronic ticketing is the closest thing to it. It is much faster than a line and I am surprised more people don't use it for their domestic flights. It takes me 2-10 minutes, average time is 4 minutes, to check in using Electronic Ticketing.
