It can happen. I know of only one person though that it happened too.
He was fixed and his wife became pregnant and since he was fixed he said she cheated on him and that there was no way that baby belonged to him so they ended up getting divorced.
Then when she pushed for a DNA test that baby belonged to him and they did get back together.
She was so tormented by this as i would be too because she hadn't cheated on him but he felt that the doctor's had fixed him to where he would never get anyone pregnant again but it does happen.

yes, just like with a tubal, it is not one hundred percent safe. Also for the first 6 months to the first 12 months they say to continue to use birth control because it takes a while to be effective. My sister got pregnant about 4 months after her husband had a vasectomy and he thought she had cheated on him, he even made them do a paternity test to prove he was the father.

obviously NO!!!
The reason for a vacectomy is to not knock up a woman!

YES!!!!! It can reverse itself after some time!! My sister got pregnant that way. Her husband got a vasectomy after their third child. After about four years she started feeling sick to her stocmach and thought it was the flu, she went to the doctor and she was already 4 months along!! Her husband was very mad because he thought maybe there was something she wasn't telling him but the doctor confirmed that his vasectomy had found its way back!! Just remember this, no birth control method is 100% effective!

yes, for a time anyway. I takes some time before all the sperm are ejaculated from the vas defrens. After all are evacuated a man shold be evaluated by his urologist to cobnfirm sterility. Then he would be in the clear so to speak.

After his surgery he must see the doctor for his after care visit. They will check the levels for sperm.
If he got a infection the risk is higher for not healing right and yes sperm can then get by.

Very rarely does this happen. Docs take measures to keep things from growing back together. The body sometimes repairs itself no matter what happens but again very very rare.

I think some people answer without reading the question right!! But anyway, I have heard that it can happen especially in the very beginning.
