Update:

When I cross 95-100 Kmph i feel a slight shaking of my car which starts from right side of the car and stops if I reached 105kmph.

A front end alignment may be in order but first have the front shocks/struts checked as this can lead to neven tire wear. Tires usually only need balanced at the time of installation or if you have lost a wheel weight due to rubbing a curb of it it had just fallen off. Your car should pull to side of the road away from oncomming traffic very slightly on it's own. This is for safety reasons.

You need an alignment. If your tires where out of balance the ride would be rough going do the road. What your discribing is an alignment issue. Have them do a 4 wheel. Should run about 80 bucks unless they need a kit.

it probably needs to have the front end aligned. take it to a tire shop and tell them to do a "front end alignment, please". they will check the components and tell you if there is anything you need to have repaired before they can align it. After that, check into a new set of tires. Especially since you stated there was rubber missing from the edges. That will make it drive like a new one.

if it pulls it might be wheel alingment. Do you remember hitting the curb or falling in a big pot hole? on the other hand if your steering wheel shakes when you are going about 50 mph then you may need wheel balancing
