dont go to a dentist. Go to a neurologist.

Furthermore, the "TMJ" (temporal mandibular joint) is a form of sophisticated quackery devised by greedy dentists who formulated a worthless and irritating method they claim eliminates pain. You pay thousands for rip-off electronic-like tests that show all sorts of patterns of wave lengths etc, that they tell you means your jaw is out of line. Its a rip off. Then they suggest a little piece to stick in your jaw to stop the pain. When that comes out, you could swallow it. Its worthless. They will charge you $600-$1000 for it. It costs them less than $50

if they make it themselves in their office.

See a medical doctor specializing in neurology and get a decent, honest opinion.

It's the other way around. Gum disease can cause TMJ to occur because after awhile it affects your bones--teeth and jaw.

Why would the stock symbol for the company TJ MAXX make your gums swell?
