CLINTON WAS A TOTAL WIMP. HE WOULD LICK HIS
FINGER STICK IT IN THE AIR TO SEE WHICH WAY THE WIND BLOW2S TO MAKE HIS DECISIONS. BUSH IS A MAN WHO BELIEVES HE IS DOING THE RIGHT THING NO MATTER WHAT LIES THE MEDIA ELITE TELLS THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WHAT HE SHOULD DO. HE WON'T FOLLOW THE POLLS. THE MEDIA & THE DEMS WANT IRAQ TO BE A FAILURE NO MATTER HOW HARD THE U.S. TRIES.

YES, President Bush IS more of a leader
than clinton ever was and Bush 43 does NOT worry about polls of any kind!!
- realst1Lv 71 decade ago
Its obvious Bush 43 doesn't care what the public thinks. His agenda is to make his Daddy, brothers, and campaign contributors rich no matter what it does to the country. You may call that a leader, I call that a dictator of a banana republic.

Please explain what is wrong with a leader of a democracy who tries to lead in accordance with the will of the governed?
I gather you prefer a dictatorship, where the will of the citizens is ignored.
What I don't understand is, why?
- furrryyyLv 51 decade ago
So you say that no matter what the majority of the people say or not say, the president could care less. Excuse me, but I always thought that the president is not the dictator/tyrant to do what he, alone, thinks is better or worse for the United States of America. Just another blind loyal Bushie who cannot think and reason.

Only 27% of americans still support the endless occupation if Iraq. Bush's popularity also reflects those numbers.
At least Clinton had a 80% approval rating....when he was under impeachment.

The whole point of an elected office is for that person to serve the people. In democracy the majority is supposed to rule. That hasn't been the case for a long time.

Clinton listened to the people and governed accordingly. Bush listens only to the people that bought him his throne and dictates accordingly.
