does this make your head hurt too?
all i read online or pick up from people in conversation about politics comes out one of two ways.
1.they give me the michael moore, mtv, john stewart angle to such a degree that i think they might just be quoting last nites daily show.
2.they give me the rush limbaugh, anne whatever her name is, fox news channel version of things to such a degree that i swear they are just rehashing liddys last broadcast.
why cant people just have an objective debate about each individual issue? why can you agree with the left and right-or disagree with them on varying issues? why do people have so little respect for people whose decisions differ from theirs? why has politics drifted away from being the brilliant system that made our nation so strong and wonderful and started seeming more and more like the way people argue over something silly like who is the better singer on american idol?
does all of this bother you too? its making me nuts, just browsing the politics posts on here hurts my head.

Yes, it does make my head hurt too, but I'm glad to see at least one person on here is capable of rational thought.

I take it from your answer you really don't want to take any meds for this if possible, right? I hope so because you shouldn't have to. A headache is caused by tight muscles in your neck, and working on the computer as much as you do is going to help tighten it up. You should be doing something to keep more movement into your body or you can end up in some serious health issues in a short time and lack of exercise is the main cause of those issues. Back to the pain. Here is a way of releasing your neck muscles to help get rid of the pain: Neck Invert your hands and put them next to your head placing your thumbs in under your ears and you lower your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds. You can also try this, a little quick release that you can do almost anywhere if you are hit with more of the head pains: Press your fingers or thumbs into your temples and hold them there for a minimum of 30 seconds or until desired amount of relief is reached.

There are people out there who have rational thoughts, but polititians are not of that vien. They have an agenda to support. I enjoy talaking to my friends about politics and we don't agree on things but we don't have namecalling fights either. I think it is all a show that these demogogues put on to capture the biggest ratings. My head hurts too...

The reason we cannot discuss the issues is because the "Powers that Be", which goes higher than GWBush, want us to continue to argue and be separated on the meaningless issues because they know that if we ever got together and realized that our government is destroying our rights, liberty, and our sovereignty, we could stop them. The news media only tell us what they are allowed to tell us, but you only have to open your eyes and look at the direction they are taking us to know that their aim is to destroy our country.

Look at it this way.............we have 2 major parties, Dems and Repubs. they each have their own views. They each have the right to share them. Don't like it .....change the channel. But not saying I necessarily like it either. Just stating fact. And yes it gives me a headache too, thats why I change the channel.

Yeah, it's a problem.
So what do you want to talk about?
I'm a both-winger, not registered with either major party.
