Problem w/ kyocera Strobe cellphone....?
I had this kyocera strobe since Feb. 2007. I am on my second one and the company is about to send me another one. Has any one else had problem with the strobe? How did they fixed or they just got a new cell?
{1st cell} It keep cutting off while I was talking or calling someone
{2nd cell} all the smiley faces are gone, and the keyboard is acting up. When you are typing the wrong letter comes up.
They said that I have a year warrenty but man, I loose all my downloads if I put any thing on it from the changing.
I have not drop the phone nor did anything crazy with it. I guess I just got a cell out the bad batch. lol

I've had a Strobe since the summer of 2006. I got mine the second day they came out and have used it ever since with no problem except that you have to push the 7 on the front of the phone harder than any of the other buttons to get it to work. Also for $10 (I think thats the right price) alltel can switch all of your contact info over to your new phone. This is worth the price if you've got a good many contacts. My brother also has a Strobe (got his one day before me) and he has had no problems with it). Seems to be a reliable phone but I dont know why your phone is like this unless you've abused it. (dropped it etc.)
