I am trying to buy a home. Single mom w/2 kids. What programs are out there to help me?

Ok, I am 30 yrs old dating a 59 yrs old man. We have been together off and on for 2 yrs. At 1st my family was against it, but now they really don't care. His family is against it. One of his daughters is telling lies on me left and right. She is doing everything to keep him from around me. She is telling people that I sleep around and only want her dad for his money. I have my own everything before him.

I am so tired of this lies, but he isn't doing nothing wrong. My sister is telling me to over look his daughter and a friend of my tell me to leave his ol butt alone. What should I do? Long as I am with him, I have to look at his lieing underminding daughter. I stop going to his family events but he still comes to mine. Should I stay with him or look for a man closer to my age? Any answers, need ideal, something. Thanks

Iam trying to buy a house. I have good credit. The only problem on my credit is my student loans. I am getting them consolidated. I have the paper work that shows that, but no one want to give me a loan. (DTI is the problem) Is there anyway around this? I am tried of renting.

I have a zenith tv. I would like to know if anyone has the code for the 5 in 1 advent remote ADR560. Been to the website its no luck.

Has any one had any problems woth the Essure after they had ir place? I had the Essure put in in June 2008. I never went back for my Hg test because I keep havng problems. I keep having B.V. or a discharge. I never had this before the Essure. My family dr. told me to go back to my obgyn to see why I keep having repeated B.V.. She put me on 3 kinds of meds but it lkeeps coming back. They trying to say that its not coming from the Essure. I am ready to have it all taking out. I am trying now to get a dr apt w/ my obgyn.

Can someone let me know I the only one w/ this problem or any problem w/ Essure?

I have been going back and forth to my doctor since Feb.2007 for UTI. She decided to send me to a specialist. He decided that I needed to have a cystoscope and my urethral dialated. He said that I was on the strongest meds on the market and was still having repeated UTI. He wanted to look in my kidneys and at my bladder. I had it done. My question is will this really stop the UTI or cause more problems. He said that after this I shouldn't have no more problems.

Any body had this done before can you tell e your outcome so I know what to look forward to.

Ok, I know that this may sound funny. I have been on bcp for 8 years. I only stopped to have my second child. But other then that I have been on some form of bcp.

This year was the first year that I missed 2 periods back to back while on the pill. My family doc. told me not to worry that I am ok. I have taking at least 6 ptest. Every test came back neg. I have even took a blood test. That came back neg. too. She is sending me to an obgy to get a ultrasound. So one please tell me that they have a clue what is going on. I am on Tri-sprintec tablets brr. I went on the web and looked up some comments about that med. I see that few people were having problem with it. The doc. thinks that it might be stress. I told her that I think its the med because I am gaining weight, have head aches, my blood pressure is going out of wack. She put me on Lisinopril 10mg for that.

Some one please let me know, if they are having problems with any of those med. that I have mention.

I know that many will read this and say that I am crazy for asking this dumb question, but I was always told a dumb question is one thats never ask.

I always thought that a female ovalting time was before their period, because some are hot like fire then and want it all the time. Some friends and I was talking about that. We asked out male friends what they think. They agreed with me that most female are horney around the time of the period and not while they are not ovalting. Can some one explain that to me?

I want to know what programs that are out there that can help my mother. She is behide with her payments. I don't want to refinance in my name. I don't want nothing to tie me to that town. She went to the lawyer to file Bankrupt. They told her she need $2,000. I told her if you had that much money then you wouldn't be behide. Please help me. I don't know where to turn to. I really don't want to put it in my name thats the last deal.

I had this kyocera strobe since Feb. 2007. I am on my second one and the company is about to send me another one. Has any one else had problem with the strobe? How did they fixed or they just got a new cell?

{1st cell} It keep cutting off while I was talking or calling someone

{2nd cell} all the smiley faces are gone, and the keyboard is acting up. When you are typing the wrong letter comes up.

They said that I have a year warrenty but man, I loose all my downloads if I put any thing on it from the changing.

For the last past 3 years, I did a hunted house, feed them, play games, and took the kids that came to my party trick or treating. This year I want to do something different. The only problem is that this year Halloween falls on Tuesday. I was thinking about have a party at Pizza Hut, but I know some parents wouldn't want to dress their children up on Saturaday then again on Tuesday to do their own thing. I need an ideal for what I can do. I get off of work durning the week at 4:30,its going to be hard trying to get a party together, cook, trick or treat, clean up, put kids to bed, then get up the next morning to go to work at 4. I have a guy friend that I am cool with all the way back from school. We like the same things and sports. We just started to sleeping together this year. I am in my 20's and I work around students. I found out that one of the teacher's that I work with wife use to be my teacher. He is hitting on me everyway possible. He asked can we be down. I told him that I respect his wife to much to be the other woman. He is trying to give me things to get me to change my mine.

I try to avoid him at work but, the place is small. Man in a couple of years his wife will be teaching my kids.

Why men trip if you try to talk to them about you sex relationship?

When you enter in to a relatioship the first thing that people alway agree on is to keep the communcation open. Agree!!!!

But as soon as you tell a man that the sex is getting boring they go crazy. They say things like you must be looking at someone else or having sex with someone else. How are you suppose to spice up a relationship if only one person is open minded. Help is need.

how come money and your income determine if your child can go to Head Start or not? If you make too much you can't go and in my case I am on the borderline so I am on a long waiting list for an opening. And why for pre k your child has to take a test? If your child pass the test then they have to wait to go to school their k year unless there is an opening. Its like you are being kick out of everything because you are trying hard to work with your kids. It just not far!
