The weight of the leg depends on the body type of the person. People with a more muscular body type will have a heavier leg than those whose body is made up of more fatty tissue.
In general the leg is approximately 9-10% of the weight of the entire body. In this case assuming no other significant medical issues, the weight of the entire leg would be around 15 pounds.
An adult human head with no hair, weighs somewhere between 4.5 and 5 kg, constituting around 8% of the whole body mass."

EXCERSISE! get entangled in a pastime or different pastime or only take 15 or 20 min an afternoon to accomplish a little type of excersise that makes a speciality of firming the legs..placed on a number of your widespread music and jam!!!! lol yet yea only discover something you delight in doing that would help tone your legs!!
