Some women continue to get their periods thru out pregnancy. For most the bleeding stops - but not for everyone. My mother-in-law was 5 months along with her son (my husband) before she found out she was pregnant because she was still getting her period. There is only one way to know for sure. Take a pregnancy test!

Also, symptoms of early pregnancy include (but are not limited to): cessation of period, sore/tender breasts, fatigue, morning sickness (nausea/vomiting any time of day), and frequent urination. It is possible to have any or all of these symptoms and not be pregnant. It is also possible to have none of these symptoms and still be pregnant.

Take a pregnancy test, either at home or go to a clinic/doctor.

Yes, you can still have your period and be pregnant. My mom was 8 months pregnant with me and she had no idea that she was pregnant that entire time. Good Luck to you! You should go see a doctor as soon as possible.

She took 4 pregnancy test at the doctor's office and they all turned out negative, it wasn't until she had an ultra sound that she found out!

If you are having sex than could be pregnant. But don't jump to conclusions. First you should take a pregnancy test (First Response), if you are not completely satisfied with the results (if you get a neg. and still think you're pregnant) contact your doctor to take a blood pregnancy test.

Good Luck! I hope you get what you want.

YES you could be pregnant! That is one of the false assumptions that can easily be made, but yes a woman can still have her period and be pregnant. I am a NURSE and I have 3 children TRUST me! Go see a DOC before you get to far along. Good luck!

One of three things are happening.

    1. You're Cervical plug is bleeding, and you need to get to the doctor.

    2. You didn't have a period, you had a miscarriage.

    3. You're eating to try and fill an emotional void, and if you don't deal with it soon, you'll end up one of those 500 pound women on the news who need a crane to be taken to the hospital for her gastric bypass.

try to get a test done! I myself am in a situation wherein, I'm not sure what to believe anymore. I think I am pregnant or I may not be. I'm really confused. Anyway, I will be having that test sometime this week. I may try to have my uterus and all examined too. good luck!

If you get your period, then no you aren't pregnant. But you could be having normal pregnancy bleeding. Test.
