You get one life and spending all those hours a day in a job you hate, its just not worth it, I was like that many years ago when I was 19 20 21, I wasn't qualified for anything decent, think long and hard what you would really like to do as a career and then go for it, you may need to study or some kind of qualification. Dont stay in a job you dont like, I eventually went to work as a holiday rep , said I would go for 6 months, that was 17 years ago. Although I'm not a holiday rep anymore and only did that job for 3 years, I now have a great career, you never know what other roads can open up for you, get out there and explore, and before you leave your job, tell the manager he is unapproachable.

If you hate it that bad, move on, just make sure u have another job lined up already are u will be more stressed. I am making a guess that u have not found the job suited 4 u yet, you are accepting jobs just 2 say u have one and u probably need the money. Next time do research on the job b4 you accept it and ask yourself would this be something I would like 2 do long term. You may not like working directly with the public so maybe u need a job behind the scenes. Ask yourself what would u enjoy doing- Do u want work outdoors r indoors? Do you want work with a supervisor over u- r work independently? Do u want 2 deal with paperwork or people?
Do you even want 2 work at all?
Do you need a job that u can be creative at -or challenged mentally?
Answer these questions, learn something about yourself and find a job that matches most of what u want.
Good Luck

Sounds as though you need to decide what it is you're looking for. Why do you hate those things? What is missing? What good is running if you don't have a destination?
Maybe time for some thinking, maybe a chat with a few people, maybe unlikely people who may know you well, parents, or grandparents, just to get some new angle on things. Good luck...

I hate to sound like a commercial but, just do it. The only way to make any decision is to just make it.
In this situation, you should quit this job. If the next one is worse, quit that one. Keep looking until you are happy.

Sounds like you don't know yourself or what you want. You will have to keep looking but try to learn along the way. No man is an island, so why don't you ask someone else what sort of a person they think you are.

If your that unhappy working there why don't you apply for some other jobs, but don't give up the one that you have until you get another job to take it's place.

to me it seems a bit of a no-brainer. u clearly cant stand working there so if it was me, id leave the place and be done with it as soon as possible.
think of the long-term, if u carry on workin there it will bring u down and make u feel low. goodluck!

What do you dream about? Do you have something else in mind? Is that attainable? What would you have to do to get that? How strongly do you want that other thing? Compared to how much do you need this job?
Think.
Then take appropiate action...
Good luck.

instantly and instinctively. Leave the job and welcome a new sense of decisiveness and of self empowerment.
