Can I give away or sell a complimentary 2-day park hopper for Disneyland?

I went to Disneyland about a year ago, and I ended up getting a free 2-day park hopper pass that was good for 2 years. I haven't used it at all yet. It has my name printed on the back, but I live on the East coast and am not going to be able to use it before it expires.

I was wondering if it would be possible for me to give it away to some friends in California, or possibly sell it? I'm not trying to be greedy, I just don't want it to go to waste.

Disneyland RARELY checks ID's. You could sell it on eBay, or just email it to me. My family has annual passes, but it would be a lot of fun to take one of my daughter's friends for a couple days. If you really want to sell it, just do a quick scan of Disneyland tickets to get a good price, then be sure to mention your name is on it.

PROBLEM: They do check IDs, so your best bet is to call Disneyland or go online and see if you can transfer it. If they will let you do that they'll probably charge you a transfer fee, but that's better than letting the pass go to waste.

I'd buy it, but I have an annual pass.
