What should I make for lunch?

This is jsut for fun. If possible, try to make it a sandwhich.

What should I make myself for lunch, using items that the agerage person has? (no weird crap like zuccini root...)

Update:

EDIT: I totally agree with the focaccia, and Iv'e even made sheets of it just for sanwhiched. A panini press would rock, but I think a foreman grill will do the job. Tomatoes and grilled cheese...genius...

And the winner is - focaccia grilled cheese with tomatoes and helmans. Hey, it's a joint idea. thumbs up all around.

If you have a panini press, make a sandwich in there, using tomato sauce inside. I've done that, like in place of a mayo or mustard and it's SO yummy. . . .lots of cheese. . .I make them for my kids, and they call them pizza sandwiches.

Use focaccia bread, instead of regular sandwich bread, then do the usual, mayo, turkey, lettuce, tomato. Some focaccia breads have italian seasoning on it already, or other types of flavors. So good!

That depends on what type of food you want to prepare and who are your guests. If its in India, I would suggest Mutton or Chicken Biryani for non-vegetarians, and Paneer Makhanwalla for vegetarians. Also the taste of the individual has to be considered. Some like spicy food, other prefer bland. So the decision is upto you. After all you ought to know what food you enjoy.
