Game Cube Memory on the Wii?

I'm about to sell my Game Cube to get a Wii. Should I keep a memory card for any reason?

yes i did because you will need to save you progress on them but if your selling the gamecube games as well then you don't need the memory cards

You will require a GC memory card to save progress on GC games as when you play a GC game on the Wii, it is unable to save to the Wii's memory so you have to use the card. But if you do not plan to play any of your GC games on it then there isnt realy any point keeping one. But you never know, nintendo might impliment some functionality between Wii games and GC save data to unlock extra features or something

particular, a Gamecube memory Card is had to shop your gamecube records on your Wii. that's because of the fact the records are way too huge to shop on the Wii's inner memory. i do no longer propose paying for something different than a GC memory Card to shop your GC memory. those Wii memory boost products do no longer look real...

Only if your going to be playing your game cube games on the wii, game cube games memory must be saved on game cube memory cards.

Yes, because there is a slot on the wii where you put your Gamecube memory card to save your gamecube games.

If your going to play GC games then yes you need it to save progress. You will also need to keep the GC controller to play GC games & some virtual console games. So it just depends on what your plans are.
