ad aware and spy bot,search and destroy.?

Is it ok to run both of these at the same time in the evening. ?

    It's probably better to have more than 1 software running anyways. Which ever program has an updated database would probably work best.

    NO. Run one then the other, but not at the same time.

    Each one works great. Running them at the same time is not a good thing. You'll get better results running one at a time.

    You might also check out CCleaner. It just cleans out your trash.

    I'm not sure what you mean...

    You can only run one scan at a time but both programs will happily run in tandem, I'm using both of them now.

    While its technically possible to run 2 scans at once, I woul highly recomend not doing it.

    If it is essential both scans are run and you are away, then I can't really say whether they'll work.

    Never run more than 1 scan with any anti-malware apps at the same time.
