As you may have heard you only lose weight when you burn more calories then you consume. If you are eating healthy thats great but still if you are consuming more than you are burning then you won't lose weight! Try cutting down on your calories little bit, not to a point where you are dieting because that really slows down your metabolism. You will slowly start to lose weight, get a measuring tape and gauge your performance by measuring your waist every morning. Even if you lose few pounds very month thats good enough!
And to have nice abs you don't really need to do 200 crunches. About 5-10 mins of about 3 different ab workouts is sufficient. And you won't see your six pack unless you burn the fat on top of it.

How long have you been doing this for? What kind of Cardio are you doing? Have you considered that while burning some excess fat that your also gaining muscle and thus your weight is staying relatively unchanged on the scale..
Muscle is heavier and more dense than fat tissue..
Also the idea that situps burn fat in a localized area.. is a MYTH..
Fat comes off the body equally everywhere.. and so the major fat storing parts of the body.. Waist and back on men.. and Thighs and Butocks on women generally will take longer and will be the last bit of fat you will lose.
To burn fat you need lots of cardio.. Decrease your calorie intake to less than or just equal to maintenance level and increase your cardio to a point where your heart rate is high and your sweat tremendously.
