You can't until you reach level 2 (250) points. In the meantime choose the best answer for your own questions and answer more questions than you ask.

Another 120 points and you will, you have to be on level 2, that takes 250 points.

You need to be at level 2 to do those things. To get to level 2, you need 250 points. :)

You have to be level two to rate peoples answers. you should be able to a pick abest answer though. not sure about that.
