Connecting Apple ibook G4 to internet via PC?
I have a PC running windows XP my internet connection is broadband through a sagem fast usb modem. I have an apple ibook g4 which has a airport card but no base. I managed to get on the net using airport once but since then it asks for a password and i dont know it. Is there any way to get on the net using this or through my PC? Many thanks.

What is seems like is you picked up someone else's wifi signal before, which is how you got online. But the signal might now be password protected to stop ppl from connecting to it that way.
If you don't have a wireless router you wont be getting online wirelessly with ur ibook, making that airport card somewhat unnecessary.
You can plug the usb cable from the modem to ur ibook, the site says it should be compatible with OS X. But thats about it for your options unless you want to get a wireless router.
