How is an entire Formula 1 team including cars transported from one country to another?
And how much does it cost to transport the team?

Ultimately, transport is by truck... though for some races (like all of the ones so far this season), the transporters are loaded onto airplanes and flown before being driven from the airport to the track.
The costs involved? I have never seen published figures. But I have worked with a team that was involved with a GT Class effort at Le Mans, where shipping costs were ~$40k. This was for one of the transport trailers, carrying the one car they would be entering at Le Mans. The basic transporter was very similar to what is used in all of motorsports, F1 included.
However, even the small F1 teams will be coming with more equipment than you would generally keep in just one transporter. And the larger teams seem to bring small cities with them! Given this variation, transport costs probably could range from around $100k-600k for flyaway races. Euroraces probably would keep costs down around or under the $100k mark.
Just an educated guess though (and even then, acutal costs would be subject to massive variations depending on fuel costs).

Depending on their logistics company, the cost may vary. There are only 2 ways to transport the team and items, by trucks or by plane.
