If the Welsh are from Wales,why aren't the Flemish from flames?

If people from Poland are "Poles", why aren't people from Holland "Holes"?

I know I should find a funny answer here, but lack of sleep prevents me at the moment.. so in the meantime, think on this -

How can you say the welsh are from Wales when Wales is NOT a COUNTRY?... I kid you not !! Forget your geography lessons.. I was taught the same as you so it's a shock to me too... to think we yomped over the Brecon Beacons thinking we were in the Land of Song... not a bit of it !!

Wales is NOT EVEN REPRESENTED on the Union Flag - go figure that one out when welshmen and women are serving on the front line as well as giving thier lives only to be repatriated under a Union Flag where thier heritage is not even represented..?
