I can think of a few good covers for that magazine

That is more funny then anything else. I remember when they tried to push "Gill" the fish on a bunch of elementary schoolers, it was in the local paper, the kids beat him up and felt he was a joke. They are using typical PETA shock taticts. Nofishing has been around for a while, and it keeps getting more obsured.

One thing I did is I ordered the no fishing packet to see exactly what they were pushing. I came with a fishing hurts sticker in it with a sad fish on it. So I penned in "my wallet" under the hurts and it came out really funny.

In all seriousness though. Some states have put admendments in their constitutions to protect fishing and hunting as parts of the states heritage to protect against the environmentally insane. Hopefully all states will follow suit.

my kid says "daddy lets go fishing so we can have good fish to eat"

took her fishing the other day to catch bluegill for catfish bait.

she caught more than i did,and actually took the fish off the hook,and baited her own hook.she is 8.

the last couple of years she would not touch the fish,now she is all over it.

cant wait to show her how to hunt next.

made my mind up when she is 10 i will buy her first gun.dont know yet what to get.

she does shoot my .22 pistol though,and pretty acurate up to about 15-20 yards.

so maybe i need to take my little one to a peta convention and let her explain to them the allure of hunting and fishing

It's very extreme I wonder what PETA thinks whould happen if we just left all the animals alone, they would starve to death which seems more inhumane then using them for food. Some people are so stupid. I wathced the carrot juice is murder-cute.

PETA isn't on the FBI list for eco terrorists for no reason.

I think it's despicable to try such underhanded and frightening tactics to turn children to their way of thinking.

I'm an avid sportsman and I give my daughters the choice of being with me when I'm hunting and fishing. I give them information on both sides of the issue and let them choose for themselves. But one thing I don't do is allow them to surf the PETA sites for information... it's nothing but sensationalism.

First off PETA is one big F _ _ _ _ _ G JOKE! But it's typical for them ta' come out with crap like that. I have been in a full fledged war with the idiots and their so called animal rights promotions for nearly 4 years. I could go on and on regardin' them, but I'd have ta' right a BOOK on all their mis-leadings and probably like you, just ain't in the mood for it!!!!

The whole PETA organization is a disgrace. It should be outlawed. They are nothing more than a cult that try to recruit young people to believe their BS ways.

PETA knows they're fighting a losing battle so they're using underhanded tactics.

They're more concerned about fish health than family health. Someone should tell them that children, like fish, have feelings.

Haven't anti-hunters or anti-fisherpersons thought about how much vegetables suffer when they're cut or pulled out of the ground or boiled, etc.? Some vegetables even bleed. They have been misinformed. That misinformation is taught to kids. That's what I call "ignorance"!

They (PETA) are sooooo PATHETIC!!!! Fishing is one of the best things to do outdoor. With friends, families, relatives… give us special boding to one another.

PETA needs to get a life….. I guess these people never heard of the words " food-chain"... they need to educate their self....
